Location info
Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
The hotel is conveniently located for airport commuting but tucked away from busyness. The rooms are spacious and clean, lacking a fridge or microwave. The service is excellent, suggesting alternatives to overpriced options. The location is great for airport access 24/7, although challenging to find in the dark. The dining options are satisfying, despite the use of disposable plates and cups.
The hotel's location is ideal for flights in-and-out of Newark Airport, making it very convenient. The rooms were basic, and there was a bit of noise from a party in the hallway adjacent to our room. The breakfast was a bit pricey with limited choices, but the proximity to the airport is a major plus.
The hotel was quite noisy due to adjoining loud neighbors and building work, overlooking the lobby, making relaxation impossible. The pool falls short of expectations, and the check-in experience was somewhat negative with the clerk's behavior. Lack of balcony view and no designated pool times for adults and kids added to the inconvenience.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of ups and downs. The room, despite being clean and elegant, was a bit run down and had double beds instead of queens. The service was a bit hit or miss - not very knowledgeable at times, but incredibly helpful with travel tips and even storing our bags past check-out. The location was a huge plus for us, being near the train station, although the fire alarms disrupted our sleep. The dining options were a letdown, with a poor selection despite a high price for some meals.
The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, making it easy to catch flights or access NYC. The rooms had an issue with smoke odor despite multiple requests for cleaning, and the service was lacking in friendliness. The dining experience was charged for items that couldn't be used. However, the location offers good access to transportation and is close to Newark Airport.
Arriving late in the night at Newark Airport and having to wait for basic amenities like soap at the hotel was a downer. Despite the restful sleep, the noise from a hallway 'rap party' disrupted the tranquility. The location near the airport is convenient for short stays, but not much else around for entertainment.
The hotel room rate was a bit higher than expected, and there were initial issues with the digital key upon arrival, which led to extra effort. However, the view of New York City at 7:30 am was breathtaking.
The hotel rooms were very comfortable and clean, but due to staffing shortages and unexpected full hotel caused by airline cancellations and delays, I didn't receive a balcony as I expected. The pool, although smaller than pictured, was decent, but the attitude of the clerk during check-in was a bit off. It would have been better to have separate times for adults and kids at the pool, along with the presence of lifeguards for safety measures.
